About Matthias
With reflected experience across three continents – including senior HR roles at Daimler/Mercedes-Benz and Johnson Electric – I have worked at the intersection of strategy, people and operations for more than three decades. As editor of the Handbook of Human Resource Management (Springer) and as a sparring partner to thousands of leaders worldwide, I focus on turning concepts into concrete structures, processes and behaviours.
Today my work concentrates on two core contributions:
• designing HR Operating Models for the age of AI together with HR leaders, and
• providing a modular Leadership Curriculum that partners can adapt and deliver to their own organisations and clients.
