About HRMnext Partner Certification
The HRMnext Partner Certification is designed for training organizations, independent consultants, academies and in-house L&D teams who want to deliver the HRMnext Leadership Curriculum to their own clients or employees. Partners gain structured access to the curriculum, facilitation guides, and implementation support – and commit to maintaining the quality, human-centered spirit and practical focus of the HRMnext approach.

Program overview
- Access to the full HRMnext Leadership Curriculum (modules across Leading Yourself, Working with Others, Leading People, Leading Organizations)
- Train-the-Facilitator sessions for your trainers, consultants or internal instructors
- Structured run-through of selected modules (including didactics, timing and group dynamics)
- Optional co-delivery of the first pilot program with HRMnext (you observe and/or co-facilitate)
- Ongoing quality check-ins and the option to extend to new target groups or languages
Two certification paths
Path 1 — Certified HRMnext Facilitator
This path certifies individual trainers, consultants or in-house instructors to deliver selected modules of the HRMnext Leadership Curriculum under the HRMnext framework.
- Access to the agreed module set of the HRMnext Leadership Curriculum
- 2–3 live online Train-the-Facilitator sessions (content, didactics, typical group situations)
- Facilitation guides, recommended timings and handouts
- Optional observation of a live or recorded HRMnext session
- Short reflective debrief with HRMnext after your first own delivery
- Personal certificate as Certified HRMnext Facilitator
Pricing depends on the number of modules and trainers involved.
We will provide a tailored proposal after a short scoping call.
Path 2 — Certified HRMnext Partner Organization
This path certifies your organization to position, market and deliver the HRMnext Leadership Curriculum as part of your portfolio – with several trained facilitators and a shared quality framework.
- Access to a broader set of Leadership Curriculum modules (to be agreed)
- Train-the-Facilitator program for your selected trainers
- Support in tailoring the curriculum to your specific target groups
- Co-design of your first pilot program (agenda, sequence, communication)
- Optional co-delivery of the pilot with HRMnext
- Regular quality and reflection calls (e.g. once per quarter)
- Organizational certificate as Certified HRMnext Partner Organization
Partner Organization agreements are typically set up on an annual basis and may include a license fee plus revenue share.
We will define the exact model together based on your market, reach and delivery capacity.
Suggested implementation roadmap
- Short call to clarify your target groups and markets
- Select the relevant modules from the HRMnext Leadership Curriculum
- Agree on language(s), delivery format and initial cohort size
- Participate in live online sessions with HRMnext
- Walk through the modules from a facilitator perspective
- Clarify questions on timing, exercises and group dynamics

How to get started
- Email us with a short description of your organization, target groups and markets.
- We schedule a 30–45 minute scoping call to explore the right path (Facilitator vs. Partner Organization).
- HRMnext sends you a tailored proposal including scope, pricing and timeline.
- After agreement, we kick off Phase 1 and start the Train-the-Facilitator process.
FAQ
Who is the Partner Certification for?
For training organizations, independent consultants, business schools, academies and in-house L&D teams that want to integrate the HRMnext Leadership Curriculum into their portfolio and deliver it under a shared quality framework.
Do we need prior experience in leadership development?
Yes, at least some experience in facilitating workshops or leadership programs is strongly recommended. The Partner Certification focuses on how to deliver the HRMnext approach effectively, not on basic trainer skills from scratch.
Can we adapt the content to our own target groups?
Yes. Within agreed boundaries, we can jointly adapt examples, cases and emphasis for your specific audience (for example retail store managers, kindergarten leaders, first-time managers, or senior leaders). Core concepts and structure of the HRMnext Leadership Curriculum remain consistent.
How is pricing structured?
Pricing depends on the selected path (Facilitator vs. Partner Organization), number of modules, languages and trainers, and whether co-delivery or revenue sharing is included. We will always define a clear, transparent model with you before starting.
In which languages can we work?
Currently, the HRMnext Leadership Curriculum and Partner Certification are available in English and German. Additional language versions can be discussed based on your market and capacity.
Legal framework
HRMnext Partner Certification and all related facilitator and partner titles are private professional qualifications issued by HRMnext. They document that certified individuals and organizations are authorized to deliver the HRMnext Leadership Curriculum under agreed quality standards.
These are not state-accredited degrees or university titles. Any use of the HRMnext name and curriculum in public communication, marketing material or contracts must follow the respective partnership agreement.
