About the Academy

The HRMnext Coaching Academy follows the centuries-old principle of mastery: learn the foundations, verify understanding, apply in real contexts, and reflect with an experienced examiner — human to human.

Language & Availability: The HRMnext Certificate can be completed in English or German. Both language options follow the same curriculum, methodology, and assessment standards. The certificate remains titled in English for international portability and notes the language of delivery (e.g., “Program conducted in German / Programm durchgeführt in deutscher Sprache”).

Program overview

  • Four learning areas: Leading Yourself, Working with Others, Leading People, Leading Organizations
  • Online modules and multiple-choice assessments (TalentLMS)
  • Four 30-minute verification talks after each learning area (quality & authenticity check)
  • Real coaching project with one practice client (for Level 2) and a final video assessment

The two certification levels

Level 1 — HRMnext Certified Coaching Professional

Build a solid foundation in coaching models, leadership psychology, and communication — and verify your understanding in four short 1:1 sessions (30 minutes each).

  • 4 learning areas: Leading Yourself, Working with Others, Leading People, Leading Organizations
  • Online modules + multiple-choice tests (TalentLMS)
  • 4 × 30-minute verification talks (scheduled via email)
  • Certificate PDF issued via TalentLMS (HRMnext Certificate — language of delivery is noted)

€1,200 total (includes all four verification talks).

Level 2 — HRMnext Certified Coaching Master

~6–9 months (incl. Level 1)

Apply your knowledge in a real coaching project, demonstrate reflective practice, and complete a rigorous final video assessment.

Includes
  • Everything in Level 1 (Coaching Professional)
  • Real coaching project with one practice client (≥ 3 sessions over 8–12 weeks)
  • Optional mid-project reflection (30–60 minutes)
  • Case summary (short write-up or video)
  • Final video assessment (2 hours): theory questions + case reflection
  • Certificate: HRMnext Certified Coaching Master (HRMnext Certificate — language of delivery is noted)
